12V Sodium-Ion Battery Packs

Every 12V sodium-ion battery pack in the StamiNa+ range is built on the same NaCR32140-MP10 cell, in four SKUs from 10 Ah to 30 Ah. They are supplied as bare soft packs on 200 mm flying leads for manufacturers and integrators to design into their own products, with the smart battery management system already fitted.

All four are rated at least 5,000 cycles to 70% capacity or above, charge from −20°C to +60°C and discharge from −40°C to +70°C.

One cell, one voltage, four footprints

A soft pack is a finished battery without a case: cells, interconnects and a battery management system, wrapped and terminated on 200 mm flying leads — red positive, black negative — ready to drop into an enclosure you have already designed. There is nothing to strip out and no case to work around.

The range is deliberately narrow. Choosing a 12V sodium-ion battery pack here means choosing a capacity and a shape, not a different technology: the chemistry, the nominal voltage, the cell, the cycle rating and the temperature limits are identical across all four SKUs. What changes between them is capacity, physical envelope, weight and the maximum current the pack will take and deliver.

Every pack ships with a smart BMS providing over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and short-circuit protection, with passive cell balancing. Supplied by AceOn Renewables Africa, a Ugandan company owned and led from Wakiso District, with the battery management system developed by AceOn Group UK over 30+ years in batteries.

Three capacities

10 Ah, 20 Ah and 30 Ah. The 10 Ah pack comes in two footprints — a flat one and a cube — which are the same pack electrically and carry separate part numbers only so you can order the shape that fits.

Charging profile by temperature

The pack accepts charge across its full charge window, but the rate is stepped down as temperature falls. A charger following this profile protects cycle life at the cold end.

Need more than 30 Ah? The NA12100 12V 100Ah is the step up in capacity — 100 Ah and 1.2 kWh at the same 12 V nominal, with M8 stud terminals and 100 A maximum discharge for solar storage and inverter loads. Note its cycle rating is ≥2,000 cycles at ≥70% capacity, its own figure rather than the ≥5,000 quoted for these soft packs.
